Fall

Not-Kathy was so ccccold that she needed a hot toddy.

I was wearing a long sleeved top, shorts,  and no socks.   She had a sweater over a sweater,  and spent the evening swaddled in a cashmere blanket.

TBG and I waited for them outside; they love sunsets and this was a good one.  She refused to go out the door.

It's autumn in Tucson....64 degrees at 6pm.

  1. Not Kathy and Delaine would have been huddled together inside. It's getting very cold here in Fresno with 30 degrees anticipated for Thanksgiving morning. I'm hoping the cold temps kills off the bugs.

  2. It's amazing to me how COLD 61 degrees feels now. Back when I had my Seattle internal thermostat, we were in shorts and flip flops into the upper 50's. Those days are over!

  3. We made it back and it does feel cold to me even coming from colder. We were lucky we left when we did as Oregon is about to dip way down.

    1. She's a Chicago person who expects warmth and is personally affronted when it is not available. I love each and every cold morsel of both of you!
