Latkes! Yum. I have not ever had them or made them but I do live hash browns made from grated raw potatoes.

There's a NYTimes recipe that comes up when you Google latkes.... very simple and very delish! Super easy, once you squeeze out the starch and figure out how to get rid of the paste.
