Reading the speeches is terrifying. A journalist wouldn't have to look very far to write a piece about it.
Have you seen one? Did Lester Holt broadcast any of it? Was it a headline in the NYT?
There are unqualified people everywhere. A convicted (even if pardoned by FFOTUS) felon is set to be our Ambassador to France; nepotism has no boundaries.
The world is watching us react to this. Four months in, our response is embarrassing.
Kushner is bad enough, but the list of pardons from the last few days is beyond horrific, Julie & Todd Chrisley, convicted of fraud & tax evasion, Paul Walczak, who embezzled $10M fro employees of his nursing home, convicted of fraud & tax evasion whose mother gave 47 a million dollar donation, Scott Jenkins, a Virginia Sheriff convicted of fraud, and last but not least Barry Croft and Adam Fox, the two guys convicted of trying to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Witmer.

DeleteI shake my head a lot. Are our Democrat leaders afraid of Trump? I know the Republicans are, and big business leaders are. Apparently mainstream media is too. I am getting straight forward news and analysis from the New York Times in my local Seattle Times.
