They are germy little things, aren't they? But didn't you work with small children in your previous life? While teaching high school I found myself catch colds every year until I started taking probiotics that really boosted my immune system. No more colds.
I kept taking the probiotics even in retirement and Terry started taking them, too, after our granddaughter came along. He caught all of her sniffles, but I never did. He decided to try the probiotics, too, and sure enough, no more colds.
Now that I'm again working with students who slobber, cough, and sneeze on me, I still take the probiotics and am still staying healthy. Might be an idea for you.
Sharing the love, one small human at a time. Grandmother, gardener, reader, lover of old movies and deep thinkers, often surprised, rarely disappointed.
