Here President's Day is now part of a mini vacation called mid winter break. With no snow here, and most of us not being able to afford trips to ski or sun resorts, we mostly just find ways to deal with the rain.
Today I got to spend time with my 10 year old granddaughter at the mall while Jill was helping transport boy scouts from an overnight camp in the mountains. Irene and I had fun. Tom cleaned house and did laundry. Our son, who recently went to work for USPS delivered Amazon packages.
On the national scene, we argued over whether our current president had the right to nominate a supreme court justice.
Happy President's Day.
Enjoy your memories. Not many of us have such pleasant ones. Linda Reederhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07665601809156707572noreply@blogger.com
