E. Jean Carroll's second suit against the lying liar was to start in January. Instead, that trial will be about the money.
The judge said that since the lying liar had already been found to have assaulted her, there was no reason to relitigate the issue. Facts are facts. All that's left is to decide how much he owes her.
He's already been assessed $5 million.
She's asking for $10 million this time.
Just keep talking, Don. That's what you're good at.

For a stable genius he seems to be having a hard time understanding certain concepts. Never mind a competency test for candidates for high office; we need competency tests for those who elect these lying liars -- Trump, George Santos, and so on. I have to wonder if there has been a major blip in the time-space continuum and we have all been dumped into an alternative fantasy world.
An alternative fantasy world would sure explain it! Wouldn't it be GREAT to wake up one morning and discover that TFG was just a has-been reality show host and had never been president?
Take him for all you can! He might have to start selling off property and we might find out he's not worth as much as he thinks he is. He's already worthless to many of us.
It's why I can't have a conversation with a true believer.... we have to agree on the facts to start with, right?
